All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Activity ID: 2024-12-26T19:12:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: N25E35
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
BR: Brightening
Morphology Keyword:
Note: This CME is seen as a faint front to the NE in SOHO LASCO C2 and C3 imagery, not visible in STEREO A COR2 imagery due to a data gap. The potential source is a filament eruption near AR13938 starting around 2024-12-26T18:40Z. The filament stretches between -30 and -45 degrees longitude and 20 to 30 degrees north in latitude as seen in GOES SUVI 304.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
